What the Kucinich reversal means

Dennis Kucinich has always been honest, and has established time and again that he is courageous.

So his reversal on this bill is clear evidence that he was subjected by Obama to a credible threat of political extinction if he did not change his vote.

Which shows finally and irrefutably who owns Washington DC.  It's the corporate donors, not the voters.

When asked on leaving the Constitutional Convention  by a woman outside, "What have you bought us, Mr. Franklin?" Benjamin Franklin famously replied  "A republic, Madame, if you can keep it."

And keep it we did, for over 200 years.  But now it is clear we have lost it.
